Hi,
I have just migrated my mailboxes to o365 and I am using Metallic to back them up.
There is now a need to enable Journaling on o365 so can Metallic backup / archive this mailbox ?
What are others doing that have a similar config to mine.

Hi
The option to enable the backup of Email Archive from O365 is available in the Plan settings. This is disabled by default on system generated plans. You can request support to enable this through a ticket. Alternatively you could create your own plans where the option to enable Archive backup is available. https://docs.metallic.io/metallic/configuring_standard_and_enterprise_plans_for_o365.html
