Maximum exchange online mailbox size

My company has an enterprise subscription and I’ve been advised that the CEO’s mailbox may be greater than 100GB. If that is the case will it still get backed up in Metallic? It hasn’t been migrated yet.

Hi Gerry,

Thanks for reaching out! Yes, this mailbox still will be backed up however I would suggest you take a quick look at this documentation around licensing: O365 Licensing (metallic.io).

If you find yourself over capacity, there are options available to purchase additional capacity as needed, or you can go through and reduce other mailboxes footprints.
