This is regarding Exchange Online backup. We are trying to restore mails form mailbox but it seems not able to mount the backup file. We do not have any error regarding backups (archive).
We are not sure to understand “Check if playback succeded.”
- does it mean mouting the backup file and read it (scan)?
- we are supposed to have a job for restore but it seems, we are not even starting to mount the backup file
We have job history regarding backups (it did backup) but backup size is 0.
Something happen during the selection? Where it’s coming from? Someone can help?
