Hi,

 

we have actually some customers where we cant open the attached html reports from metallic.

 

when i safe the html and try to open i get:

 

Please wait while our servers start up. This may take a few minutes...

 

is there any known issue ?

Can you open these attachments/e-mails?

Btw, you can configure reports to be delivered directly to mailbox and include content in the html body, not as .html attachment.

hi the problem is the scheduler….

 

When i send me the O365 health reports manually via mail pdf or htm its working fine. When i schedule this reports it doenst work.

 

The size of report when i try manually is 2mb when i schedule the report 4kb

I’m receiving a lot of schedule e-mails daily and it works fine, maybe something is wrong at customer’s ring (shared CommServe environment)? I guess you should contact the support to check it from their end.
