Hi,

relative to Delete authorization / Restore authorization  in Metallic Security IQ.

Will this process work if there is only one user/administrator ie. a single client?

In the remarks it says: 

“When this setting is enabled, restore requests will require approval from another administrator, providing extra privacy protection. This cannot be disabled once it is enabled.”

@Bischi  if you don't have another admin it wont block restores.  We are considering making this “customizable” in the future wherein you can select approvers.

This feature will require additional tenant admin that will approve the request.
I would recommend considering using SAML with external admin users for general day to day admin tasks and keep the local admin as “break glass” account.

I have a single user/customer, who is using Metallic to backup his Laptop. Since I have enabled the feature in Metallic Security IQ will he ever be able to restore his files since there is now second admin?
