Not showing PST file name in the data backup

Hi team,

We are taking the backup through the metallic endpoint one laptop folder (email folder) include 2 PST file but only data backup showing only folder name (email folder) no include PST file name.

    So if you click on the ‘email backup’ folder in your second screenshot within Metallic/SaaS, you don’t see any files?

    No, I do not see the PST file with name in the second screenshot within Metallic/SaaS.
