I’m trying to restore a OneNote notebook and it’s not restoring in Teams. The error suggests to check “Notes.ReadWrite.All” permissions in my Azure app and I’ve confirmed that the permission is there and valid.

When you attempt to do the restore, are you attempting to restore to a private channel? If so, unfortunately OneNote files cannot be restored to a private channel, As a workaround, first restore the file to a public channel, and then move it to the private channel.
