Procedure to create commvault trial tenant

Hi All,

We are trying to test Microsoft 365 and Endpoint backup using Commvault. However, whenever we register for the trial tenant, we receive the message shown below. Even after waiting for several days, we have not received any acknowledgment from Commvault regarding the trial tenant creation.

Could you please confirm if we are missing any step in the process, or advise us on how to proceed further?
