I have a question. I have a customer that a few days ago try to do a backup from and endpoint for the file type (.bak). Is it possible to do the backup for this type of files?
Or I need to do this from the File & Object backup?
Can you help me?

It is possible to perform backup of the file type with .bak extension.
Please find the supported extensions in the documentation: https://docs.metallic.io/metallic/supported_file_extensions_in_content_library.html
However, since this is included in the Temporary files and we exclude the temporary files by default, we might need to add the extention in the content for the files to be backed up.
