Hi all,

In Metallic is there a trick to reinstalling an agent on a server where Metallic was inadvertently uninstalled?

When I try install locally it installs a second _2 instance, and I cannot Retire that instance because nobody in the Company seems to have permission to do so.

And the Approvals page is empty.

You can specify the instance by using an answer file.

An answer file is always used, so you can cheat by modifying the install.xml

no problem, if you do not want to change the answer file you can specify anything in the answer file you can use the xml tag as a flag on the command line.
