retention policy and cycles

Hi all

i am using metallic and one of our plans has a retention policy of 30 days with a synthetic full each month i was wondering if cycles could pip this on retention ,although I would have to find the cycle settings hope this makes sense

Hi ​@Tony456 , The default plan settings contain 1 cycle condition along with the Days setting you define. This is hidden and is not visible on the plan level.  

 

You could check the backup job pattern from the “Jobs” section on the Plan level.  This should give you an idea on which is the oldest job and following SF backups+ INC backups for the server/machines.
