Teams backup failed one item

Thanks for the query.

The error message shows that the error occurred while accessing the team's Channel Files tab.

We request you to please follow the steps mentioned below.

1) Kindly visit Teams Channel on source O365 Team, click on "Files" tab of the channel, and add a file to it. A notepad file with a few characters would work. 

2) Trigger a backup job for the required team and observe the subsequent jobs.
