User is blacklisted.

Hi

What causes this error mean, the user is using a mac and the error keeps on popping out.

'” User is blacklisted".

“There was an error while attempting to log you in. Please try again later”. (For metallic endpoint)

Hi Michael

Thank you for your response. The user was available; however, I activated the account using the plan instead of the user because that is where we get the error.

Hi @LeboN,

Welcome & thanks for reaching out to the Metallic community! This can happen if the user attempted logging in multiple times with an incorrect password, or was otherwise deactivated.

Can you confirm the user is present under Security > Users?

If so, you should be able to assign that user as an owner of the laptop.
