1-touch recovery wizard keeps progressing endless

Hello experts,

My datacenter  has physical servers HP proliant dl 380 gen 8.

I performed full backup of windows server 2012 which was successful and trying to do 1-touch bare metal restore in other server of same model, it just keeps progressing endlessly as shown in the picture.

NOTE: The bare-metal restore for same server to esxi is successful but not to the physical server.

 

Will appreciate any help.

Check the host file before hitting next on this step.  We randomly run into issues where the host file puts in random IPs (likely external) and we have to update it before hitting next.

Hi Zach,

It returned this error after almost 9 hours (pic attched)

What could it be?

Also I tried checking the full backup contents from commcell console, it doesn’t display anything, so i understand that the backup is not healthy.(pic attched)
