it’s working now. After a couple of hours (it was just after an upgrade) it just started to work.

I had the same issue some time ago. It was on my fresh 11.24 install, but it went away after installing MR21 if I remember correctly.

Which MR do you have in place
+2I see this issue sometimes. I don’t know the root cause for it but restarting Commvault MongoDb service fixes it for me. Ad blockers can also break that tile.
