we have a case, where customer is trying to perform one touch recovery
It seems like the pin doesn't work. We can type in the password and PIN and it lists the clients. Once the desired client is selected it seems like it's trying to use the password again but the PIN has expired so it says wrong password or username.
i have checked the previous cases for the same issue.
and the resolution provided was one touch recovery does not support 2FA
and a reference CMR was created CMR ID 256780

I just checked the status of the CMR and it is on the roadmap, though it doesn’t seem prioritized.
Is this something you’d like to have implemented? I see you are a CV employee, so I would advise reaching out to the developers involved for potential prioritization.
