Hi ​@james.lee,

It looks an AD authentication/configuration issue since the local Commcell Account works.
While you connect to the Commcell Console using the AD Account, what error do you see? Can you check the EVMgrS.log on the CommServe for Authentication Failover or LDAP Error during the login attempt.

Could you please verify the below and let me know the result. Thank You!!

* Log in to Commcell Console with a local Commvault admin, go to Security > Domains, open your domain properties, update the service account password used for AD validation, and click Validate. 
* If AD was changed (new DCs, retired old DCs), update the domain controller entries in Commvault after logging in with the local admin (SSO/Domain changes) and verify if the AD Validation is sucessfull.
* If you see “Invalid domain credentials provided,” test LDAP bind with the AD service account (ldp.exe), avoid problematic special characters in the password, and ensure DNS resolves your domain/DCs correctly.

If after updating the domain service account in Security > Domains the validation still fails, review EVMgrS.log (Java Console) and investigate for bind or connectivity errors. Please refer this doc on Enabling Single Sign-On with Active Directory.
