We do usually create Pro-Active Support cases for customers affected by certain vulnerabilities that are discovered so that these customers are made aware of the vulnerability, how it affects them and the software, and how to remedy against it. We have also create new articles in our Documentation and KB Articles for certain vulnerabilities.
