If you log in to Commcell after accessing your local account, it will connect well. However, if you log in to Commcell after accessing your AD account, the line is stuck in the pop-up window.

Kindly review evmgrs.log while attempting a login using domain user ID to get more details on the cause. Else you may also share the log file here to review and provide next step.

I've only checked the customer's situation yet, and the log cannot be taken out right away. Please tell me if there has been such a case and what you can suspect.

Please check whether the service account configured under Security > Domains has been updated with the new password.

Validate to confirm the credentials are working if there is an error kindly update new password or change the credentials and re attempt for login.
