Good afternoon!I am restoring files/filesystem from a Vmware in Commvault, but all files are showing 0 bytes in the information and do not open. I tried performing it on other servers and testing full backups from other dates, they also have 0 bytes.Can anyone help if this is in the Windows layer or in the Commvault application?
All file restores performed in Commvault are 0 bytes.

Are you able to open the restored PDF? If you right click on the PDF do you see “Size” & “Size on Disk”?
If Sparse Files is enabled on the storage than its possible the File is reporting its “Size” but “Size on Disk” should show the actual size.

Good morning!@Collin Harper ,The file is actually zero in terms of disk size and file size. I tried to open the file and it doesn't load in the application or in the browser.Tests were carried out on several different restore dates of the fileserver, but the files are being restored to zero.Do you have any other suggestions what it might be?ThanksGilson
