Appache Commons Daemon Service Runner utilization very high

Hi

 

We have Commserver running on HP G10 server with 32 GB RAM, the Commserver 

componetnts are installed on server are CommServe, Web Server and Web console and  Command Center. as per screen shot attached the memory utilizaton is 80% and most of utilize by Appache service

Commvault version is 11.28.24

Can you check folder below:

:\Program Files\Commvault\ContentStore\WebServerCache\GeneratedPreviews__\

and confirm the number of subfolders please?

There is no any folder “WebServerCache” under ContentStore folder

ok, because there is a known issue and it is fixed in FR28.

In that case are you able to log a case so we can check and create a process dump please?

Do not expect a fix for it, but I also do not see this amount of RAM being used to be an issue. We see this as normal. Having 32GB of RAM is already pretty limited.
