Archive Message (Arabic Language)

Could you please check if this issue occurs for emails during a quick lookup? To better understand the language configuration, kindly verify the registry settings below from the machine where archive mail are viewed.

yes, this issue occurs for emails during quick look button, 

the value of registry key is 0409.

Notice that the default language for the operating system is english, and users also can send emails in both lang (ENG, AR).

but after archiving, some message with AR language contains strang behavour something like this (????)

I think the best thing to do here is to open a case and provide some example messages for our team to test against.
