Good day,

I have a Windows Server running a domain controller.

- Virtual Server backup goes through.

- Active Directory backup goes through

- Windows File system does a backup up to 99% and fail with ArchiveIndex initialization

@Glenn Ngobeni , I looked for an incident for this in your name and can’t find one.

Assuming this issue is resolved on its own, this is usually caused when there’s a temporary network connection issue at the end of the backup operation preventing the Index backup (Archive Index) phase from working.  It generally resolves itself.

Would need to see what clbackup and archive index logs report during the backup.

@Glenn Ngobeni , can you share the archive index log files?  That will show us where the issue lies.

Thanks!

@Glenn Ngobeni , following up to see if you are still having the issue (and if you could share those logs).

Thanks!
