hi,

Someone knows in which logfile the start of atuomatic schedules is being logged?
I mean: we have machines with automatic schedules active (every X minutes, but also based on size),  but the automatic schedule isn’t working anymore [was working before]. I wonder in what logfile that should be logged?

Hi @Bart

Schedule activity should be reported in TaskManager.log.

For the benefit of the Community…

You will also see activity in JobManager.log, ResourceManager.log and potentially EvMgrS.log.

Schedules are also known as Tasks with each item (Full, Incremental, SynthFull, etc.) in a schedule referred to as a Sub-Task, which have corresponding tables in the CSDB.

Thanks,

Stuart

@Bart

Automatic schedules for which agent you’re talking about?

Generally all schedule activity gets logged in TaskManager.log, but the logs for checking the thresholds you configure are on client and can change depending on the type of agent that’s being monitored.

Thanks,

Sunil
