i want to reinstall my media agent (Windows). The B2D area is located on the server in the SAN. Is it possible to take over the data?

Yes this is supported, reinstall media agent, and point/mount to SAN location in OS
If UNC, then no change needed, as long as media agent name remains same the config will be pushed by Commserve
