In one of our project Client has mirgated there Backup environment from HPDP to Commvault.
However, they still have their long/permanent retention data on tape in HPDP. IS their any way to migrate them to Commvault and use Commvult to restore the old data.
And als decommssion the HPDP environment.

For now this is only supportive for FS backup. The DB and snapshot can’t be migrated.

Commvault provides a data migration solution that you can use to migrate data protected by a third-party software to the ObjectStore (data storage repository). After you migrate the data, users can access and manage the files from the Web Console and can take advantage of other features in Web Console.
