Dear Support Team,

I would like to inform you that I am still facing issues with the backup process. I have attempted to resolve it, but unfortunately, I have not been successful.

Your immediate assistance is required, as the domain server is currently not backing up. Please look into this issue as soon as possible.

Best regards,
Perwez Ahmed

Hi @Perwez Ahmed ,

I checked the ticket and the problem's fixed. I saw you mentioned wanting to learn more about Commvault Products, and we've got a special spot on the Community for that called Readiverse.
We always add new courses to our Course Catalog and keep it updated, so feel free to take a peek and have fun learning!

Thank you,

Roy

It looks like the VM was either moved, renamed or deleted. It’s better to not to share infrastructure related details.

Hi Perwez,

I've found the issue ticket you reported to the support team, and we kindly ask that you refrain from disclosing any infrastructure information in the public Community Space while seeking assistance. If needed, please provide screenshots of the problem only in the support incident ticket. I will review the ticket and request an update from the support team.

Thank you,

Roy
