Backup Job Failing

Hi Team,From last couple of days HANA Backup is getting failed.In the Client system showing two instances (instance001 & instance002). Instance001 services is stopped & we are not seeing commserve entry. Instance002 services is up & running, all the relevant data is visible.CVD port in Instance001 is showing 8400 & 8401 is showing in instance002.While trigging backup job in the logs we are seeing CVD port 8400 & job is getting failed. One more point post agent upgrade we are facing this issue. we upgraded agent from 11.28 to 11.36.

Hi ​@Mitesh Nandu,Is there a specific reason for installing two instances on the same machine? We cannot use the default CVD ports for both instances, as they will conflict.In the current setup, backup jobs are being triggered against Instance 1; however, the services for that instance are in a stopped state, and the client is still not registered with the CommServe. As a result, certain values are missing and the communication is failing. Additionally, port 8401 is being used for Java Console access.
