Hello ​@Rajkumarrdn I think you can simply create a role and make sure the below permissions are un-selected and then simply assign this role to the concerned user.

Thank you ​@Rajiv. I have created a custom role that excludes all storage policy management permissions and only allows the user to have the "use plan" permission. However, they are still receiving the privileges.

Refer to the permissions that the user currently has.
