I am settings new copy to tape

the tape has 24 slots

I copy the last monthly full to tape. Retention is 1 year

I copy the last full off the year. Retention is 10 Years.

The customer want that when each time the data are copied to the tape, he must be alerted and manually take off the tape offsite

How do you deal with that ?
