Greetings!
Our Hyper-V environment has Commvault backups and we're planning on migrating all the virtual machines to VMware vSphere (VSAN). If I have a backup (Hyper-V), can I restore it to vSphere?

Hello @Jean-Paul ,

Hyper-V streaming backups or IntelliSnap backup copies can be converted to VMware.

See the following documentation for Converting to VMware: https://documentation.commvault.com/2022e/essential/114427_converting_to_vmware.html

Note: For Hyper-V, you cannot convert Ubuntu 16.x VMs or Ubuntu 18.x VMs to VMware

Best Regards,
Michael
