I found this link in one of the threads here, but I cannot find it again.

Also the last time I used it I received an email telling me I would receive a link with the package. The link never arrived who do I follow up with?

Awesome, one more question is this an automated process for creating the package?

I only ask because of the delay between the time of submission and response.
