Can you take a look at the downloadsoftware.log file as well as CVD.logand EvMgrS.log on the Commserve?If possible, retry the download, note the exact timestamp you attempted and see what the logs show at that time.
That error can mean a LOT, so we’ll need to dig a bit deeper.
