Capacity License Usage Details in the Growth and Trends Report

Under the License Summary report, there’s a Subclient Peak Usage link.

Is this what you’re looking for?  Or are we actually looking at the same thing?

Do you have the “Metrics Reporting” package installed?  I wonder if it parts of that.
