For the Subclient this Job runs for, Does it use Client Side Deduplication or Compression? and how many Data Readers is it configured with? - I’d suggest reviewing the following documentation page: https://documentation.commvault.com/11.24/expert/12626_reducing_cpu_utilization_on_clients_during_backups.html
