Cloud Command

Hi Team,

We have 3 CommCells registered/uploading to cloud.commvault.com but would like to see only one (our prod) in Cloud Command as the other two are are used for test/dev and not relevant to us from reporting perspective (no one is worried about backup failures in dev but it affects the reported environment score). Any ideas?

Hi @GGMGL 

You can either disable the upload from the dev/test servers otherwise I would recommend raising a support case to have this issue looked at further.

    Thanks, we can’t disable upload as we need it for license reporting (Service provider), also not sure if it will remove them or just not update those but still show and skew the reports. I’ll log a ticket and report back what we ended up with.
