So i have just backed up my Exchange server on Commvault 11.28.68 and I go and restrore some emails and an error shows up saying
“Collection is not yet created for this subclient. Check if playback succeeded.”
How do i get this fixed

message seen while browse is due to index play back issue on index node.
please check indexgateway package is installed on index node
