Hello

Last week upgraded to 11.36 and today I removed old sql 2019 but apparently you also remove sql services. Now the sql database doesn't start anymore.

I still have an old installation of sql 2022 with commvault license should I just start a new installation and then use the same instance ID which is set to passive? Or what is best practice in this situation??

I have re-install passive and active node again and iets work again

Hi @Egor Skepko ,

The sql 2019 has dependency with 2022, removing 2019 has corrupted the existing sql install.

Hence we may need to clean up all the current version and reinstall with same instance name to start the services.

HI @Egor Skepko ,

Its expected when system is upgraded from old version to new version. As of now we can proceed to clean all sql version and proceed with fresh new installation.
