Hi community, could help me please, i have this error, i've tried everything but i don't have connection with mediagent the auxiliary copy is waiting. Too i've test the tool utility provided in the software however the error continue.

 

The error i have is:

 

Drive has been marked as inaccessible on this MediaAgent. Advice: Please use the troubleshooting utility provided in the software's installation folder to perform diagnostics on this device.
