Hello,

We are running Commvault 11.28.32 / 2022E.
I would need some help with cvCertTool (cvCertTool.cmd) utility, I have generated a wrong CSR and I would like to delete it and create a new one.
Is there a way to do that “properly” ?

Do I have to enable the force-actions=true parameter in the properties file ?
Or do I have to create a new workspace, and then generate a new keypair, and CSR ?

Thank you in advance.
Regards

If  you input the wrong value or input in the CSR, you can just choose not to use that CSR and make a new one.  If the CSR is “bad” because of something from the keystore is bad, you would need to make a new keystore.  The CSR is not anything that is stored in the keystore, it is just terms added to to the keystore info to generate a cert.
