Commvult admin account is created duringinstallation we have below query related to the password of this admin account or any local user password created in CommCell console.

The passwords in the database are stored in an encrypted fashion using a commvault proprietary 2-way decrypt/encrypt method.
Commvault can provide you the decrypted password if required when you open a TR and go through the official approval process.
