we need an API for Kubernetes Openshşft. WE have some namesapaces are excluded. IS tehre a way to see them with API . we have 30 Cluster and many excluded namesapece we want to see which are excluded

I don't believe we have this capability yet. However, to potentially identify which namespaces are excluded, we could use the following API to retrieve the list of included resources: https://api.commvault.com/docs/SP38/api/cv/OpenAPI3/get-application-group-details/
You can then compare this list with the output of the kubectl get namespaces command to see which namespaces are not being captured.
Based on your concern about missing or excluded namespaces, it sounds like your configuration is likely based on adding in namespaces rather than deployments or labels. Is that correct?

we backup full cluster and some namsepsaces and PVC’s are excluded. As you said there is no an API what we want , right?
