Commvault Commserve new setup installation failed in download maintenance

Hi ​@Vishal Saini,The error “Download WebException: An exception occurred during a Web Client request” suggests that the download request is being blocked due to firewall or proxy restrictions.Disable proxy from commserv or verify if the below two URL’sare white listed from proxy server.cloud.commvault.com, downloadcenter.commvault.comAlternatively, you can try using the bootstrapper to download the media from another machine to check if the issue is due to network connectivity.https://documentation.commvault.com/v11/commcell-console/downloading_software_for_windows_computers_using_download_manager_for_windows.html
