Hello community,

 

Is there someone that has already install Commvault Express for lab/test purpose ?

I cannot login to the console after installation and i cannot create an account from the WebCOnsole.

 

Any tip/idea ?

i fix using mozilla and not IE.

    I've seen issues when the Workflow Engine Service is in a loop, sometimes because the connection string/password for the commvault database in the registry are not set properly. Have you tried a repair installation?

    Hmm, I’m not sure what would be causing the problem here. You said webconsole but can you try https://localhost/adminconsole ?

    Are you getting any specific errors when attempting to login?

    Knowing the particular error message will point us towards a couple of possibilities to help out.
