Hello, anyone knows why file agent push install on Ubuntu 20.04.5 LTS fails everytime? I have used root credentials on 2 different servers running the same OS version : Ubuntu 20.04.5 LTS.
The job get’s stuck either at 0% or 90%. I have checked the destination and seems to do a partial install.
The installed components looks like this:
I have Commvault 11.0 SP24. Is Ubuntu 20.04.5 LTS supported?

Based on the screenshot there seems to be a connectivity issue between the client and the CommServe.
We can see @@COMMSERVE@@ in the screenshot indicating the install completed but registration with the CommServe after the install failed. This is usually caused by a network connectivity issue. Can you confirm port 8400 & 8403 are open bi-directionally between the Client and the CommServe?
