In 11.32 I see commvault has API collection, from where we can fork it.

Where can I find Commvault REST API collection link to import in Postman for 11.36?

I did not understand deprecation notice. If I have to import the collection to postman how I can do it in new versions?

Replacement

The Postman support feature is no longer available to visualize and interact with the latest Commvault RESTful APIs. As an alternative, the Commvault API website lists the Commvault APIs that you can interact with.

Hi @AbdulIkram,

Good day!

The deprecation notice pertains to the FR34 release, which has reached its End of Life (EOL).

For FR36, you can select it directly from the version dropdown as highlighted below:

Reference:
Commvault REST API Documentation – SP36

Currently, the available versions in the dropdown are:

  • FR32

  • FR36

  • FR38 (recommended for the latest FR release)

EOL Reference:
Commvault Obsolescence Policy – End of Life, Deprecated, and Extended Support

Thanks & Regards,
Naresh G

Let me rephrase the question.

In 11.32:Commvault REST APIs are available as a Postman collection. To start working with Commvault REST APIs, import the collection into Postman and complete a simple setup procedure.

https://documentation.commvault.com/2023e/essential/rest_api_postman.html

In 11.36:How can I import all the collections directly in Postman for 11.36?

Github repo has json file for 11.32 only. I am looking for 11.36.

Thank you for the confirmation.

We do not have specific POSTMAN collection from the latest FR36 version as we have it for FR32.

As alternative, it is advised to make get the API from https://api.commvault.com/

If that does not suit your requirement, I would request to open a TR related to this concern to check the possibilities.

Thanks,
