The community is for sharing knowledge and asking questions, but your query, if you would like some costs on extending your license is best handled by your account representative.

I will ping the account team internally and ask someone to reach out.

If you would like to understand more about where your capacity license is being consumed, please take a look at License Summary Report which will show license consumption for each subclient.
