Thanks for package. But I was specifically looking for SP12 which is  not available Commvault software repository. 

@Abdul Naveed , SP12 is no longer supported, so it won’t appear in the software library.

You MAY have luck if you open a support case and see if they can get a copy and associate it to your CCID in Maintenance Advantage, though your expectation should be low.
