Im planning to upgrade/convert my v11 Snapprotect Commvault environment to the generic Commvault.
WHat are the steps on doing it?
From what I know are the following differences
1. OEM ID of snapprotect is different from usual Commvault software
2. SNapprotect licence is also different
How to convert this licence int a regular Commvault capacity base licence?
How to convert such that a regular Commvault installer that is downloadable from the Commvault website can be use to upgrade to newer versions of Commvault?
Any ideas, suggestions, recommendations?
