My Web Console Health Report simultaneously shows a critical issue with Database Index Fragmentation and zero indexes with >50% Fragmentation.

Is this something I can fix or do I need top open a support ticket?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Good morning.   I would recommend that you run the suggested “DBMaintenance -recommended” command.  Here is the documentation on DBMaintenance.

I ran the “DBMaintenance - recommended” as suggested and the next day the Health Report still showed a problem.  I just found some time to dig into this but the Database Index Fragmentation portion of the Health Report now shows as Good.

It was weird that CommVault reported a critical issue with zero critical indexes so I guess there’s a flaw somwhere in the details.  In any event, I’m back to normal now so I’ll mark the recommendation above as the solution.

Thanks for the help.
